I love watching my beautiful families grow. Family sessions are so important because after the first year of your baby, they grow extremely fast. Once you invest in the first year, it is important to invest in your family photos too. Be sure to be in the family photographs because they will want to see when they are older.
I know sometimes it is hard as a mother to want to get photographs taken of yourself. However, you will not regret being able to show your children photographs as a family. We will be able to capture all the true smiles and natural bond you have as a family. The playful atmosphere is the best because I can get posed and natural at the same time. We will plan to coordinate and style your family portraits Grand Rapids.
ASP Photography combines traditional family portraits with a journalistic approach. We want to tell your family’s story by creating authentic moments. During your family session, I will capture some traditional, looking at the camera, poses, but a lot of the family session will be full of playing games and getting deep into your family bond. Your family session will be fun and stress free!
Outdoor Family Sessions
Your family session can take place anywhere you like, as long as your family session is near Grand Rapids. Willing to travel with an hour radius. A few common spots include the beach along the west shore, open fields with some gorgeous barns, trails and more!

The big day has finally arrived! I am all ready for your custom family session. Sessions are fun, relaxing and stress free! Your family session will take place at an agreed upon outdoor location near Grand Rapids.

YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS
YOUR FAVORITE PART!! The reveal appointment is typically 1 week after your session (same day reveal is another option for your session). Sit back, relax, have some snacks, and just fall in love with your images during your private reveal. Reveal happens at the family studio near Grand Rapids or it can be done at your home! I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t my favorite part too!
