Hello! I am Alicia, the woman behind the lens! I am a very family oriented individual (probably why I love my job so much!), and I love capturing the bond and emotions within my own family. I have 3 goofy little boys ages 11, 8 and 5. We also have a 4 year old Golden Retriever, a 1 year old Golden Retriever and 2 cats (who have claimed my oldest son as their care giver). Every chance I get, I am dragging my boys (with or without the pets) out to take their picture (I am surprised they are not sick of me yet). My boys are trained to get the job done and to get it done quick! I know that wont be the case for every family I photograph so, while photographing my own boys, I have noted some amazing tricks that will bring out all those genuine smiles and laughter within your family.

I am a full service photographer located near Grand Rapids, MI. By full service, that means I take care of every little detail for you! I have a 1400 square foot studio located in the heart of Cedar Springs, MI. My studio is full of props for babies up to 2 years of age, as well as an extensive client closet full of maternity gowns for those expecting mamas (I may have an obsession). Photography is an art that requires experience and training to achieve the one of a kind service that I provide. I work one on one with each client to deliver images tailored to your family’s tastes and I work so hard to deliver a relaxing and stress free experience!

You will find my style of work to be moody, emotional and candid. I do shoot for a couple of those perfect traditional poses, but my goal is to tell a story through your images. Your session will be fun, stress free, and amazing! I am honored to have won several awards, be published in a few magazines, and have been interviewed and published in Canvas Rebel and Voyage MI, 2 online magazines. I have several (and only) 5/5 star ratings and I am very grateful!
