Milestone sessions are some of my FAVORITE sessions to shoot at my Grand Rapids baby studio! During these sessions, we capture the major milestone of your little one. This could be lifting his/her head up, sitting up on his/her own, or they are now 1 and are standing (assisted or unassisted).

This little guy came to me for his 1 year milestone session at Grand Rapids best baby studio: ASP Photography! Mama didn’t want a cake smash session and just wanted a couple of different simple background. This little guy DID NOT disappoint! He was so full of smiles and ready to pose for the camera! He was proud to show off his standing skills..and his blue eyes! Just take a look at this sweet guy’s baby photos below!

Milestone session are shot during the hold head up phase (between 3-6 months), during the sitting phase (between 6-9 months) or the one year milestone session (which can be a cake smash, or not!). The idea is to document baby learning, accomplishing and growing!

This little guy wasn’t quite walking yet, but he certainly wasn’t far from it!
